CSC values our talented employees
With over 200 instructors, coaches, leaders, and supporting staff, CSC has one of the largest and most diverse staffs in our industry. Coaches and instructors are trained for the activity they teach, and all CSC employees are CPR & First Aid certified.
Many of our staff members have degrees, professional certifications and memberships in their areas of expertise along with a strong passion for what they teach.
Hiring and job training happen through a collaboration between our HR department, leaders, and CSC University. Ongoing internal education is led by our top instructors and leaders. We also bring in outside specialists and/or send staff and leaders to professional development events.
